Use your Levio product at home as part of your normal routine.

If it doesn’t meet your expectations, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your return should include:

— The product and all main components
— The original order details
— Items in reasonable condition, consistent with normal trial use

Items that are intentionally damaged, modified, misused, or missing key parts may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

Email support@leviowellness.com.au to start your return.

Please include:

— Your order number
— The name or email used at checkout
— A brief reason for return

Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and correct return address.

Customers are responsible for return postage, and we recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 10 days of delivery and include a clear photo or video.

After this time, we may be unable to investigate the issue with the carrier, and the order will be considered received correctly.

Confirmed defective units will be repaired or replaced under our warranty.

Missing Items

If your order is missing items, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@leviowellness.com.au.

Please include:

— Photo of packaging
— Photo of all items received
— Order number

This helps us investigate quickly with the carrier.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.

We’ll do our best to help investigate with the carrier.

Please note, we’re unable to refund or replace orders where the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier and the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any return shipping or handling costs will be deducted from your eligible refund.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 30 days or more, please contact us at support@leviowellness.com.au and we’ll look into it for you.
